How do I pay?
Solo is card only, self-serve. On Firm and above you can pay by card, or by invoice and bank transfer if your firm prefers.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT is applied to the subscription on your invoice at the prevailing rate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month unless you choose annual billing. You can export your full client book in open formats at any time, so leaving is never a hostage situation.
What counts as an entity?
One client company (a legal entity you manage). People, UBOs and documents attached to that entity are included; they do not count separately against your band.
