GrayFour is new, and says so. It is built by someone who has watched UAE firms run legally hazardous client books on spreadsheets while the fines climbed, and decided to fix it.
I have spent more than twenty years in IT infrastructure, and years running operations and compliance-adjacent software for international clients. I know what it looks like when a business depends on a system that quietly stops being current.
I kept meeting UAE corporate service providers, the business-setup firms, PRO services and corporate secretaries, who were carrying hundreds of client entities on spreadsheets held together by memory and WhatsApp. Every one of those firms is a DNFBP. Every missed cell is a real fine. And the regime is only getting stricter, not looser.
So I am building GrayFour for that market. Not selling into it from a distance, but working closely with the firms who live these deadlines, learning how they actually run, and building the operating system they should have had years ago.
GrayFour is an Aspyre Labs product. It is early, and I would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. What I can promise is the way it is built: in the open, with a founding cohort of firms whose real complaints shape what gets made next.
