These terms govern use of GrayFour, a Aspyre Labs product. By using GrayFour, a firm agrees to the terms set out here. This is placeholder text pending a reviewed version.
The service
GrayFour is software that helps corporate service providers track obligations, keep records and remind clients. It generates documents and guides steps. It does not submit filings to authorities on your behalf, and it is not an Accredited Service Provider for e-invoicing.
Your responsibilities
- Keeping your firm’s account credentials secure.
- Ensuring the client data you import is accurate and lawfully held.
- Completing authority portal and physical steps that remain your firm’s responsibility.
Pricing and billing
Plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Government fees are passed through as separate line items at cost, never marked up. VAT applies to subscriptions at the prevailing rate.
Your data
Your firm owns its data. You can export it at any time in open formats. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

GrayFour helps you track and evidence obligations, but nothing in the product or on this site is legal or tax advice. Your firm remains responsible for its own compliance.
