The questions a careful firm asks before trusting a new vendor.
You are skeptical of unknown vendors, and you should be. Here are straight answers to the things that actually matter: your data, your clients, and what happens if this does not work out.
Data and security
How is my data stored and secured?
Records are encrypted at rest and in transit, and documents are served behind signed, expiring links rather than public URLs, never public storage.
Who can see my clients’ passports and documents?
Your firm only. GrayFour enforces strict per-firm isolation, so one firm can never see another’s clients, and every access is written to a full audit trail.
What if you disappear in a year?
Your data exports at any time, in open formats. That is deliberate: it is also our answer to bespoke one-off portals that die when their developer stops answering. You are never locked in.
Switching and setup
We already use a CRM, a spreadsheet or a portal. Why switch?
Because those either do not know your UAE obligations or quietly fail when a cell goes stale. Import takes an afternoon and is done for you, and you can run GrayFour side by side with your current tool until you trust it.
What does it cost?
Four plans from AED 399 to AED 2,399 per month, all published on the pricing page. There is no sales call required to find out the number; it is on the page.
Scope and honesty
Do you submit forms to the authorities for us?
No. GrayFour generates documents and guides the steps, but the authority portals and physical steps remain yours. We never claim to submit on your behalf.
Are you an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for e-invoicing?
No. GrayFour tracks and reminds; it does not issue or transmit e-invoices, and your clients appoint their own ASP. See the e-invoicing page for exactly what we do and do not do.
Is there an Arabic interface?
The interface is English today. An Arabic client-facing surface is on the roadmap, clearly marked as planned rather than shipped.
Still have a question worth a real answer?
Book a walkthrough and ask it directly. You will talk to the person building GrayFour, not a sales script.
